If you fill in the contact form or the trial week form on this website, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, optionally phone number, and the content of your message or preferred starting week. We use this information solely to respond to your request. This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics or marketing software. When you submit a form we do record which link brought you here (the campaign information contained in the link itself, plus the previous page). That information is stored only in your own browser during your visit, sent along with the form, and used solely to see which of our own posts reach people. It is not shared with third parties.
Messages via the contact and trial week form are delivered to us by email and kept as long as needed to handle your request and answer any follow-up questions, with a maximum of 2 years.
We do not share your data with third parties, except with parties necessary for this website to function (such as our hosting provider, which technically processes form data in order to send the email).
